Contact Quality Express Freight

Talk to a Dubai freight team that has moved cargo worldwide for 40 years — reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email, and expect a reply within one business day.

Let's move your cargo

Behind every shipment is a conversation, and that is where we prefer to start. Whether you are booking a single pallet to Manchester, planning a full-container move to Sydney, relocating a home to Toronto, or clearing an urgent air consignment through Dubai Customs, the Quality Express Freight team is ready to help. Four decades of forwarding out of Dubai have taught us that clear communication early prevents delays, surprises and cost overruns later. Tell us what you are shipping and where it needs to go, and we will point you to the right mode, route and Incoterm.

How to reach us

You can contact us whichever way suits you best:

  • Phone: +971 56 776 4796 — speak directly with our Dubai office for quotes, bookings and shipment queries.
  • WhatsApp: +971 56 776 4796 — send documents, photos of your cargo, or a quick question and we will respond in kind.
  • Email: info@qualityexpressfreight.com — ideal for detailed enquiries, packing lists and commercial invoices.
  • Office: Green & View, Barsha Heights (Tecom), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Barsha Heights (Tecom) sits within easy reach of Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai International Airport (DXB), Al Maktoum International (DWC) and the wider free-zone network, so we are well placed to coordinate air, sea, land and express freight across the emirate and beyond.

Business hours

Our office follows the standard UAE working week, typically Sunday to Thursday, with Friday and Saturday as the weekend. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM exact opening and closing hours.] For time-critical air and express shipments, let us know your deadline when you get in touch and we will advise what is achievable against carrier cut-offs and customs processing times.

What to include for a fast quote

The more detail you share up front, the quicker and more accurate your quotation will be. Where possible, please tell us:

  • Origin — full pickup address or port/airport of loading.
  • Destination — full delivery address or port/airport of discharge.
  • Incoterm (Incoterms 2020) — for example EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP, so we know exactly where our responsibility begins and ends.
  • HS code and a plain description of the goods — essential for customs classification, duty and VAT assessment.
  • Dimensions and weight — length, width, height and gross weight per piece, and whether the cargo is stackable. This lets us compare FCL against LCL, or air against sea, on a like-for-like basis.
  • Ready date — when the cargo will be available for collection or hand-over.

If your shipment involves dangerous goods, temperature-controlled cargo or oversized project pieces, mention that too — it changes the packing, documentation and routing we recommend.

Our response promise

We aim to respond to every enquiry within one business day. When you send a complete request, that reply will usually include a clear quotation or the specific follow-up questions we need to finalise one. We do not operate a live-chat window or an automated ticketing queue — instead, your message reaches real forwarders who know Dubai's ports, airports and customs processes first-hand.

Prefer to talk it through? Call or WhatsApp us during UAE business hours and we will walk you through the options. Whichever channel you choose, you will deal with people who treat your cargo as carefully as we have treated shipments for the past 40 years.
